Hi, How about the ancestral properties from mother side which was inherited from her parents? Will all the children have the same rights and equal share? Can she write any will on the inherited ancestral property? Thank you for the detailed explanation.
Male succession was so clear mam however I've doubt in female succession. (If female Deceased's intestate property in that her (husband passed away) however she has (two daughters) here one of daughters (example elder daughter also passed away) beside those two daughter's husband and children are alive then who will be a succession of this case mam. Please let me know mam

There are total two brothers and 5 sisters in a family among which one is my father who is deceased among the 5 sisters two are already deceased now one of them who is unmarried is deceased.their father and mother ie my grandparents died long ago only one brother and two sisters are alive so now who will be the legal heirs of the deceased unmarried sister who is my aunt .do I have rights over her property and jewellery.do the children of her already deceased sisters also come under legal heirs.
