  • We have designed our soap using Procreate, and are attempting to take it from paper to real cold process soap! We used the raindrop method, as demonstrated by @Tree Marie Soapworks , for the seeds in this strawberry-themed soap for the first time. We also used, Katie Carson from @Royalty Soaps ' frosting recipe, and we learned some tough lessons and a highly possible failure. Lol! Watch to see how we worked out each trial in this soap-making adventure.

Pretty good effort if you ask me. Looks cute! Sunflower oil is a good sub for safflower oil or maybe apricot kernel or canola.

Thanks! I was just thinking about picking up some sunflower oil.

Please wear safety goggles with lye, be safe, lovely soap. Safflower oil is getting hard to find where I am also. the last time I found it was 2 years ago at Walmart but they haven't carried it since. I found it once at the dollar store since then.

I totally agree, safety first! I will definitely check the dollar store. Thank you!
