I love the crazy big differences between how the JP and ENG voice actors take on the "unhinged" type like Happy. Takahashi quietly whispers to himself, stringing together words much like Bedman until he slips and laughs uncontrollably, while Robbie Daymond monologues theatrically until he hits that laugh that says "Yeah, I'm the bad guy, but I'm just having a TIME out here."
Eng dub changes the character too much for me, kinda feels like it's missing the point. Robbie Daymond still probably has the best performance out of the english cast though.
@@radar4104 oh yeah, axl if fittingly God Save the Queens English, I think Sol sounds too young, no hate Jack O's voice it just doesn't match the fact that she's both Aria and Jack O so her voice is fittingly Onee Sama like at first and then KIddy when saying Trick or Treat overall I'd say the BlazBlue dub is miles ahead of the Guilty Gear Dub
@@radar4104 I agree as well that Takahashi is more fitting to the character overall, as Happy Chaos wouldn't try and sound "evil" if he doesn't care about those kinds of thing. However, Daymond's raspy voice is still very good voice acting in its own right so while it doesn't fit as much, his range is very good imo.
His theme seems so beautiful, it starts with a kinda-like jazz and slowly becomes more powerful, until the last climax were HC activates the super and the singer goes full power ballad. Can't wait for Smurf Joker to come home.

Strange how the entire trailer he never jumps or does an aerial, here I am wondering if he's a heavy movement restricted character or if they didn't show off that part of his moveset.
Don't mind my hopium But I noticed that too and thought maybe they did something with air dashes in general, and wanted to hide it. The game is fine with the current air dash, but as a chipp main I demand cocaine levels of speed **Inhales more hopium**

I think the leak mentioned Jam, and has been pretty spot on so far, but I still feel it’s wierd to have Bailey Crossover to Samson and not have her in this game (yet.) 闇慈が「姐さんとディライラの仇」って言ってたし、どっちもストーリーの根幹に関わってそうなキャラだから追加ストーリーが待ちきれない。

They both bring a different but fitting vibe to the table. I feel like more people like daymond’s performance cause it reminds them of the joker
