Now, I want to go back to baking, but I don't know how to do it. I don't want to post first on my Whatsapp status announcing that I'm back to business or how to find my target audience. What should I do about this?.
You're most welcome, Blessing. You would need to determine your target audience and then listen to what they need. If you have a market already, can you make your banana bread in a way that it caters to their budget, e.g mini loaves while you have another package that is premium and caters to those in other categories within the market? Look for names that are relatable on your environment and name your products after them. Flexibility is important at this stage, with time you would improve. Hope this helps? Cheers!
