He was extra into tap so we made a tap playlist, which is how I found your channel. He got his first tap shoes when he was 20 months old. 🥰 I’m a Lindy Hopper myself. I’d like to learn tap to keep up with kiddo’s interest, but for now my physical therapist says no to repetitive practice. 😕

you can just tune it to "chicago tuning" if you know how to play the guitar. when i first got my banjo, i was also surprised about how loud it was too btw
The banjo is incredibly difficult to play The finger picks are meant to brush by the strings, not to catch them btw, when your trying to fit them to your fingers. They do not lengthen your finger nails, but your finger pads, and should point close to straight 90⁰ up perpendicular from your finger nails
