You’re amazing, Lizzie. Mother to toddlers; being pregnant; managing household, flocks and dogs. We take notice and applaud you. Please share whenever you can. What you do is important to us.
International Women's Day today and Lizzie is a hugely multitalented woman. I'm impressed. So well balanced, humble and patient. Beautiful video. Especially that bit near the end, opening thar gate and the long views of the sheep.
Angus is a quieter boy, so far. Plus you are amazingly patient with them both He is adorable enjoying riding to the sheep and rounding them up, etc. You certainly are a busy person. Will you take a break before you deliver? Well you do keep in shape though. Shopping yet to do. Wow, you are busy. ❤️🥰👍
Angus does seem a little quieter but I think Jock was similar at that age and then soon became a wild child 😂 I likely won’t have any time before the baby is born, we will probably still have a few sheep to lamb and heaps of lambs on the ground but that’s ok. Got most things I need from having the boys just need to dig them out 😊
You made me smile when you were talking about Jock’s reluctance to go to nursery, my son had to be peeled off me crying his heart out when I dropped him off at play school! I used to go home as miserable as sin!! Anyway he survived and is a strapping 37 year old with his own toddler running him ragged!!! Happy days, thanks for another fabulous video!!👏👏
Kids are almost always that way. They act like oh no I don't want to go to day care please no no and then once they are there they have a good time it's just the moment of leaving you later on they will cry to stay at day care and it hurts yourfeelings for a minute , but then it's gone. You are such a great mom working with 2 busy boys and a newborn. Kudos to you ❤🎉
Angus seems to have adjusted well, took him about 2 weeks to settle and go in without being upset but Jock has been going for 18months now and he’s never really gone in happy maybe the odd few times, but I know he is happy and has a great time when he’s there.
It's good for Jock to be around other kids and get him used to it before he goes to school . It's hard on mama I know but he will be more well rounded .
Hi Lizzie you're doing a great job. Doing everything you're doing with 2 toddlers in tow, is very demanding. Now you'll have 3 babies soon. What a strong woman you are. Cammy is a very lucky man to be with you. Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤❤❤❤❤
Oh Lizzie you’re my hero! I just love watching and listening to you. You’re so patient and organized and your calmness moves things along. Oh Angus you’re such a strong looking young man and soon you’ll be helping mom and dad alongside your brother. Lizzie do you have to be careful during your pregnancy being around the sheep in case they have any illness or when they need dosing and such? Wow, you have a lot of sheep, good for you. Love your videos and the content. You take care and I look forward to seeing the next one. ❤❤
Busy times ahead for you with lambing and the new baby lively to see Angus … hope Jock enjoyed nursery and you got your £10 note back together 😅 Love your videos thank you take care Lizzie.
Hi Lizzy and family, once again thank you for your vlog, really interesting as usual. You have lovely children, well done to you both. I can see in your vlogs, you are losing your shyness and gaining confidence, they are very much appreciated, thank you. Big hugs to you all Sue & Ben (Woodhall Spa) xx
Lizzy, I really like your explanations of what’s going on with you and your kids. I had one amazing child & can’t imagine the energy it takes to have 2 and soon 3, especially at these young ages they are. I think you and Cammy are amazing parents and are doing it so well! Thanks much!🦌💌❤️🐑
Nice that you have farmers and retired farmers looking out for each other's flocks! Great video, really positively portrays the challenges of motherhood as a working shepherd.
Brilliant video Lizzy, my kind of life too,❤ definitely a great upbringing for children in the country on the farm.. Look after yourself too as life will get busier..🤗❤🐑🐑🐑🐑🐕🐕👌💯
Hi Lizzy, another great video! Jock just has a little separation anxiety from mummy...however, once he actually gets there, everything is o.k.!! Angus is growing like a weed, and will be talking your ear off pretty soon!! Keep the videos coming. I thourghly enjoy coming along with you on your day to day chores!!
Watching you reminds me of the days my kids were young. I was as busy as you are but couldn’t have my kids with me all day like you can. That’s a huge plus for you and for them as well as all the time outside. Thanks for sharing with us!
Great video, I don't know how you do it all ,Angus is so adorable, I know what you mean about little ones not being happy to go into nursery, I had that with mine ,I ended up working at the nursery so that they would be happy ,they totally ignored me and were happy as anything. Don't forget to take cars of yourself ❤
It's great to see wee Angus enjoying himself and blethering away without being outshone by his big brother Jock the RUclipsr .😁 You have my sympathies Lizzie for when Angus starts walking, as you will be having to deal with two beautiful holy terrors running rings round you and Cammy 🫶.
Angus has a sweet little smile. I do miss the little ones even though I know I don't have the energy for it anymore. Mine are all grown now and live nearby which is very nice. You are in the busiest season of motherhood but you are doing fine. All you can ever do as a Mom is love them and make the best decision you can in the moment and forgive yourself for the inevitable mistakes. You are doing a great job. 💕
Angus’ character is definitely coming through now which is nice to see. Thank you for the kind words, yes I feel like this is when the kids need the most from us and can do very little for themselves just now, will be all worth it in a few years 😊
My daughter was the same with nursery but once she was in the door she was off playing. It's nice they boys get one to one time with mum and your incredible at juggling life! I would of been a crying wreck giving up in the first hour!
Lizzie, mothers always second-guess themselves as to whether they're doing the right thing for their children. By sending Jock to nursery you are giving him a balanced education; though I'm sure it's more fun for him to go rollicking around the farm sharing in chores and being wild and free, he does need the structure of nursery and interaction with his peers as well. You are really doing a good job with your children and with the sheep!
How wonderful to have time with precious Angus ❤️❤️ Don’t fret about sending the boys to nursery as long as they enjoy it when they are there. They will make friends and have lots of experiences. ❤️ Hope you get a chance to put your feet up in the evenings.
I love how you are raising your family on the farm! Think about a Waldorf education. They start school ( the academic part) later. Around age 7. It’s been amazing experience. Especially for boys. A lot of them don’t have the capacity to sit still long enough to learn. They do have early childhood programs varies from 2-5 days a week mostly centered around play as experiences. They started teaching my son to cook at age 4. He is now a high schooler that can sew, cook, garden! He is now in high school and at the top of his class academically as well
I bet 5 minutes after you leave he's forgotten about not wanting to be there. You could leave them a camera and ask them to leave it in a corner for a few to film him in the room, I am quite positive with the huge personality he is, that I would be proven correct. Don't sweat it mom, he's fine and it's good for him when he's the oldest of just 2, for the moment. Enjoy the time with Angus, he needs it too!
Thank you for doing these videos in the midst of everything else you are doing. I enjoy them so much and of course seeing the little ones. Your explanations of everything are great!
Another lovely vlog lizzy, Angus is beautiful little boy, take that tenner to the bank and they will change it along as you have both half's lol. Not long now till your little girls here, I bet you can't wait. Good luck with lambing and the birth of the baby 😊
@@westzed23Not the new Canadian bills! They’re a plastic polymer! The only way you can break them is if they get wet (then freeze) - they’ll shatter. But you can’t tear them, and you can put them through the spin cycle with the laundry 😂
@@jessehachey2732 So true. I think euros are polymer too. The US doesn't like to give up traditions, so it took years before they started adding anti-forging methods like strings and florescent dye. They also still use paper. And they have to stay green.
You’re a remarkable woman; I’m tired watching you. I’d like to join Angus in a car seat and float into the land of nod with him. Cam is so fortunate to have you in his life. You’re not only able to be his partner working the sheep, but you also give him the greatest gift in life, your children. You’re amazing! Hello from the foothills of Mt. Hood in Sandy, Oregon USA.
I remember the first time I sent my first child to nursery. He was fine. I. Was so upset or distracted that I left my send hold I. His pram outside the local shop. I got home before I realised what I had done. Thankfully it was less than 3 mins down the road, running. I think us mama think our children go through all sorts but I. Cutlass fact they love meeting with their little friends and it gives you time with your second little man. Angus is getting big all of a sudden. Bless your energy, you seem to take it all In your stride, and you are pregnant. All that work with the sheep is amazing. I love your life style and I think you are doing. Great job. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Lizzie you are such a wonderful mother and hardworking young woman I wish I could bottle your energy. Hope you do get sometime during the day to sit back and relax. .
It is delightful to watch you at your work Lizzie, with your children along! What a wonderful way for them to learn how their parents make a living, and get the sheep farming exposure too. It is best for infants through toddler age children to spend as much time as possible with their parents. Your children are off to a wonderful start in life!!
Lizzie I think you listen to the song I am woman I can do anything and by gosh you do,wife ,mom,Shepherdess and blogger. My hat is off to you. What’s more you do every job with care and patience and love.
Well I thought the plastic money was tear proof until strong man Angus got hold of it. Good for him to get some undivided mum time, that is, when the sheep are not getting in the way. Whatever you do, keep them away from screens as long as you can. When our grandchildren visit, we have no interaction, too busy exercising their thumbs.
Lizzie thank you so much you answered a lot of questions I had about how you manage your time between the boys and your sheep. Angus is a darling boy and am enjoying watching him grow into his life on the farm…. In no time we will be watching your 2 blondies running with the sheep as we watch Jock now closing gates and running the puddles ❤
Separation is a normal adjustment. As long as you trust where he’s going he’ll love it soon. How are you feeling? Oh, I remember all the wearing food days. That hat is adorable.
Yeah it’s a great nursery and they post pictures throughout the day of what he gets up to and he’s having a great time. I’m feeling well, maybe just a little more sore/stiff than with the other pregnancies but that’s likely because these two boys keep me busy and we are running a few more sheep 😂
A lot of kids, cry going into nursery, best thing to do is, give a hug and a kiss, say bye see you later in a cheerful voice, then when you collect child, give a treat. Honestly once the child goes in, and starts to join in, tears soon stop. You are not alone feeling horrible for leaving your child crying, but it is just a tad, of separation anxiety, as he gets older, it will get easier.
Yeah he definitely enjoys it once he’s there and has been walking in well the last few weeks, we get to see lots of pictures of what he gets up to throughout the day too.

You’re incredible Lizzy! Love watching your videos and seeing what you get up to with the boys. Such an inspiration for working Mums! I have a question for you & Cammy - whatever happened to Skye? 😢 You mentioned in this video that Spot lives at your house and the girls live at Cammy’s Mums house. Haven’t seen her in any vlog for ages!!
Thank you, Skye still lives with Cammy’s mum she’s not really trained and doesn’t take commands that well so we really just use her in the summer to help with big mobs of ewes and lambs, she’s quite steady and gets herself in the right place.
You’re amazing, Lizzie. Mother to toddlers; being pregnant; managing household, flocks and dogs. We take notice and applaud you. Please share whenever you can. What you do is important to us.

Thank you, Skye still lives with Cammy’s mum she’s not really trained and doesn’t take commands that well so we really just use her in the summer to help with big mobs of ewes and lambs, she’s quite steady and gets herself in the right place.
Super Mom.
You're great, Lizzy and Angus is a cutie 😍
Love your video can’t wait to see more don’t know how you do it all.
Thank you 😊
