no, on my main account I spend around 10 bucks per event. but I have a second f2p account where I gather gems and resources to maximize the chances of pulling the cards.

But I was very very lucky. I got three 5☆ memories within this 80 pulls. next to the two event cards, I also pulled one of xaviers' lightseeker cards.
