OmniCD to track teammate CDs, Omnibar to track enemie interupts, GladiusEX to track enemies, BigDebuffs and a Weakaura to track my Maelstrom

Atm is storm or lava lash build better in pvp?

Its really hard to say because it is situational in my opinion, but if were talking raw damage and perfect rotation and uptimes then id say Lava build, but it does come with a higher difficulty than storm. Storm is a very simple spec but still provides a solid amount of damage which competes with lava in some ways when RNG is on your side. Hope this answers your question!
