The average question is incorrect. The IRT is 16 & the data point is 5 not 4, making it 16/5=3.2, not 4. Pls check and make corrections accordingly. Thank you.

Since the IRT is the time in between two responses, the IRT starts after the first response which lends to 4 total IRT data points!
