by the way, this is the origins mod (with a weapons mod, i guess)
this means at the start of the game you can select abilities you want your character to have, so this is every member's ability/origin. also, I'm f glad Jerome is using this modpack, its my favorite.
Jerome is an elytrian (starts with elytra and can shoot himself into the air, but can't wear good armor)
Monkey is an arachnid (can go through cobwebs without being slowed, and when he hits something it gets trapped in a cobweb, he can also climb walls, has 3 less hearts)
Steve is an avian (he seems slightly faster, which is an ability, and he gets feather falling, but he can't eat any meat)
Dropsy is an enderian (it seems, at 39:00 she takes damage while in water, unless that is an explosion, it would also be why she is slightly taller
Stead is a fox (has 4 less hearts, has a lot of positive abilities, namely he can pounce, and camouflages after standing still)
Cappy is a shulk (has 4 natural armor points, and has 9 extra inventory slots you don't lose on death, though that is pointless because they have keep inventory on, he cannot use a shield, though the modpack has different shields that don't seem to trigger that ability.
Note that it is fairly hard to tell which origins each member is, so i may have gotten one wrong, but i feel fairly confident (except dropsy)

Tip for all elytra, you go further, faster, and higher from all propulsion forms (rockets, riptide, tnt launch, elytrian ability, etc) if you are already flying. Even if you don’t start while flying if you start flying mid boost you still go further.
Legends say Stead is still trapped in his mind to this very day.
Dropsy being tall reminds me of how in the inventory mod I use in MineTest for Why Not? allows me to change my base character model to be real slender, taller than what Dropsy did this video

i3 with the ability to change character model size without having to worry about not being able to fit through a 2 tall gap

Jerome an attic can be sheathed with osb and made structuraly avaliable for a living space i recently finished a remodel and the attic is a bedroom and it has central air and heat applied to it theres just alot of hoops you have to jump throught to make sure it can support the weight of the roof and the weight of someone living up there

Imagine they make it so they can make clay soldiers with 9 Blocks of clay for 16 and they have castles they defend and attack until someone wins. Rules this is In survival, you guys only fight with clay soldiers, they break a beacon once all the enemy is dead, you have to retreat if you all your troops die.
