That would have been a good idea! This came from the youtube era where I wasn't showing my face on camera, but I do now! Unfortunately, I gave the hat away after making it. It fits on an adult-sized head (about average size) and the end of the hat hit my shoulder blades when it was on. If you want it shorter, you can always increase the number of decrease stitches in each decrease row to have fewer. Hope that helps!
