The crossover wasn't just in the comics, in the cartoon during the Rodimus Prome era there was an episode that had non other then Cobra Comander in it.

My understanding is that the new Image Comics' Transformers and GIJoe are a shared universe. I can see a crossover in the movies to be more closely tied to the new Image comics than the old Marvel series.

Swear they keep playing with my emotions. One min they keep me up with high hope, crush it then revive it with Rise of the Beast then now crush it with the way they're goin to go with, and on top of that, the new Transformers One. I was si happy to hear a movie was coming out about younger Optimus and Megatron, thinking they're goin with the same design like what we saw at the beginning in Bumblebee war on Cybertron, but they went with some goofy shit😮💨

Spielberg is a great cinema figure. I hope he will finally bring back everything to the original 1989 comic book story, the one involving the transformable flying nuclear power plant.

I don't like Marvel these day, they are just making childish sci-fi and doing cash-grab movies. Did 10-year old kids wrote the scripts for them or what? Just look at the Bayverse Transformers, they were for grown men, not for kids. And I actually like the story of them and how they are connected. For me, it all made sense...

yep mavel sucks but as a gen x who love the transformes as a kid and read the marvel comics transformers (not the same story as the cartoon a bit darker ) I think bay can kiss my azz he f@%^ up the story from the being of his transformers movies sure it was for grown ups and it made sense for non fans but it wasn't right with the cartoon story it missed a lot of what made transformers the bumblebee movie tried to do it and it was ok but a little to late It needs a reboot and have someone do it who loves the cartoon and wants to stay close to that story line
