For any change to happen there has to be a reason and you have to hold on to it; I’m saying this reaching out to anyone trying to be come better versions of themselves to keep doing what you’re doing and keep your head up cause that’s all we’ve got and remember to show gratitude for life and the little things around.

+Maison Esplana I'm 23 weeks now and I purchased one of those Bluetooth speakers and I just place that next to my stomach and my baby hears it and moves. I think it's better to do that then to use your phone only because cell phones have a lot of radiation.
+Maison Esplana baby's ears are very sensitive. no need to put it near ur stomach...it might irritate them. they can hear the sound from a distance like u can.
