The closest to my custom formation 😂😂 to improve defend change the RB to CB and set 3 CB like 3 man defender system. The other key for this formation is you need Anchorman as DM and good Box to box CM to cover all the midfield. Also one of CF with deep lying forward could also help greatly.
If you find a good strong opponent and need more defend, change your RW into RM and your SS as AM.

bro this formation is sick, even legend is confused on what to do😂😂😂😂its actually crazy but it has one flaw, sometimes towards the end of the opposite wing opponents might use a fast winger to get past ur lb or rb depending on the opposite position u are attacking from, so u MUST use a defensive fullback, MUST.
