      В том и задача, чтобы так вписаться в движение уке, чтоб пошел. Равно и в боксе - чтобы встал на удобную дистанцию и открылся. А если не встанет и не откроется ? Молотить кулаками по воздуху ? )) Думаю, всякий, кто хотя бы год поработал на ринге, татами, в зале - понимает, что любая схватка и состоит в том, что бы вероятность "если"стала реальностью в твою пользу. И тут и техника сама по себе, и конкретная подготовка конкретного бойца, и внешние обстоятельства, и неизбежные случайности - все имеет вес. Нехорошо будет тому боксеру-мухачу, на которого упадет, споткнувшись на предновогоднем льду, сумоист ))) А кто в принципе сильнее - кит, слон или ящик водки - это так, досужие споры ))

      Не нужно путать тренировочную отработку и прикладное применение на улице. Здесь - важно по движениям - явно работа по входам-выводам, траектории, точному чувствованию вектора движения и т.д. Видно же, что у уке минимум пять-шесть раз нерабочая рука находилось в таком положении и на такой дистанции от головы наге, что в бою был бы немедленно проведен крюк в затылок - и всем спасибо, всем аригато.
      Но и дзюдоисты, и ММА, и боксеры никогда не строят тренировку исключительно из поединков в полный контакт на победу. Так что и на этом ролике показан ТРЕНИРОВОЧНЫЙ процесс под конкретную задачу. Очень красивый, надо признать.

    It’s an Art. I actually think it got better as it went on. From my perspective as long as people practicing aikido understand that it is an art, and don’t have the expectation that this would just work in a real life situation where uki is not compliant, then all good 👍 I’ve trained with Aikidoka that start to get a bit deluded. I always say, it’s like teaching O Soto Gari in judo, and then expecting to be able throw someone with that in a competition, you quickly find it don’t work like that. Learning techniques is one thing, learning how to apply those techniques to someone in a fight situation is another. I really love aikido as an art, and many of its principles do apply other arts. Great video overall.

    • @Polentaccio
      @Polentaccio 4 года назад

      well said. He is definitely sharp and on the higher end where aikido is concerned but real life is a whole other story and it would be nice to see him apply his principles to something that is a little less planned.

    • @FreeSalesTips
      @FreeSalesTips 4 года назад +2

      Many people like yourself have a flawed understanding about aikido. People believe aikido is about the throwing techniques, this is false. Aikido is all about the aiki connection that tori is supposed to feel and use. The aikido throwing techniques are the mechanical way of teaching the incredibly difficult art of feeling and using aiki connections. Since many people do not even know about aiki connection, their only focus is upon throwing techniques and find that they have severe flaws in executing the techniques outside of the dojo - their focus is wrong and therefore they don't understand the proper context of how and why to apply their techniques. Aiki connection is hard to learn, aikido throwing techniques are trivial in comparison.

    • @EssexLadOutdoors
      @EssexLadOutdoors 4 года назад +1

      FreeSalesTips I do have an understanding of the principles of Aikido. I understand what you’re saying in that many beginners focus on the throw rather than the feel and being able to blend and redirect the energy from Uki. However, this is not my point. Let me frame it another way, many Aikidoka believe they are going to be able to “apply an Aiki connection in a real life situation”. In Aikido, 50% of the work is being done by the Uki, running around, chasing after wrists etc. Then get to a real like scenario, that just won’t happen. Back to my Judo example, in judo you practice connecting with uki, but you quickly release that when you’re not dealing with a compliant uki, you need to adapt techniques, apply combinations and counters in order to apply the techniques you want. I have always said that Aikidoka would benefit from a reality check from time to time, as I have seen many of them become a bit deluded with what works and what doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I love the flow of Aikido, and there is lots of skill involved, there are also many principles that can be used in Judo (which I have).

    • @FreeSalesTips

      @@EssexLadOutdoors Your mistake is assuming that aikido uke run around tori "simply because". Uke run circles around tori because of the confounding nature of kuzushi and kinaesthesiac reflexes that forces all people caught in kuzushi to move like that.
      Having an aiki connection means that tori can instantly feel uke's exact physical structure and tori can also pinpoint exactly where energy is being generated inside uke. There is no movement done by uke that the tori cannot feel in the state of aiki connection. Non-compliance is desired by tori because that is exactly the energy tori needs for aikido to work. Tori who opposes the strength of uke are not doing aikido, aikido is supposed to physically connect with uke and move in complete compliance to uke's energy.

    Even though it is mostly bullshit, this guy is fantastic to watch and I don't doubt he would shorten his technique up considerably and throw in strikes if he was having a go at it for real. There are some cool principles at play here but yeah, most real attackers will not yield and go that way. They will stop dead in their tracks and throw another punch or grab you.

    • @FreeSalesTips
      @FreeSalesTips 4 года назад +1

      You do not understand how joint locks or kuzushi works. When you resist a joint lock, your joints will get severely damaged so therefore it is insane to use your strength to resist joint locks. It is impossible to resist movement whenever you are induced into the state of kuzushi.

    • @caiusmadison2996
      @caiusmadison2996 4 года назад

      Its as if so many of these martial arts master in the comments sections do not understand that to actually lock in on a joint isn't a universal granted. Some arms and legs and necks on certain individuals are very much stronger than the last and thus it is entirely possible to encounter a person you cannot actually apply the technique to. I have met many people who couldnt be taken from stance, striking the backs of their legs didnt fold them. There are always those people that these trap and lock tequniques dont work on. They are typically individuals that practice a great deal at evading being trapped and locked. It's humerous to me all the same, this art is renowned for its beauty, not its effectiveness. This is just how these kinds of arts work.

    • @FreeSalesTips
      @FreeSalesTips 4 года назад

      @@caiusmadison2996 You don't understand what is aikido. Aikido is a soft martial art that relies upon redirecting the aggressor's own strength to move them. All aikido movements are supposed to be soft and compliant to the aggressor's energy; the aikido guy never opposes the aggressor's energy instead using and redirecting that energy. Any time aikido people use their own strength is a violation of the soft principles of aikido. So whenever an aikido guy is applying a trap and lock, it's because the aggressor has given the necessary energy to lead towards such a lock.

    • @caiusmadison2996
      @caiusmadison2996 4 года назад

      @Tai Chi Tube my problem with Aikido, is it takes a long time to learn, and its not effective for much of that time in a person's combinant art set. The more immediately effective art is Judo as it can be applied and will work very quickly. Im not one to devote massive amounts of time and focus on things that require that same intense upkeep to be effective. Its just not effective enough, in my opinion, versus other similar arts, to actually spend the time and dedication. I have seen a few impressive Aikido practitioners in my time, but they where very few in number, and that says to me a person should likely spend that time on something more practical and consistent in its application and effectiveness. There are several arts that will serve much better in defense, though Im sure sprirtually and as far as physical conditioning in the sense of limberness and fluidity, arts like this and Tai Chi are superior. I speak from the defense standpoint alone when commenting about all of this with you, so my opinion is pretty firm that it is a much longer road to become a fierce combatant using this art. Thats actually what I'm saying. I do not deny that if mastered, this art is impressive and will work as effectively as any other art. Mastery is mastery, after all.

    • @caiusmadison2996
      @caiusmadison2996 4 года назад +1

      @Tai Chi Tube To that end, a real Judoka must actually be able to support the weight of their fellow traing partner. You can quickly submit people without killing or damaging them. It is far more controled than you must believe when I read what you say. Also, striking can end a fight by being underpowered, so as to not over damage an "opponent", but be quicker to land than said "opponent". Its the classic outbox, but dont crush technique. Hell every art teaches how to be humble in your power, and to aim to best tye opponent without damaging beyond what is necessary.

      @@joe8172 Aikido training is done with partners who aren't trying to defend your throw or throw you. This is the sensible way to train. I assume you don't understand just how much physical strength is required to snap joints when they get hyperextented beyond the intended range of motion - a child's strength is capable of snapping the joints of a grown adult. When an aikido guy has somebody in a lock, it is insane to resist the lock using strength so training partners aren't going to be training in insane methods. In a self-defense situation, when an aggressor is caught in a lock, it is still insane to resist the lock but the consequences of resisting the lock are justified in this kind of situation.

    • @tonyrodney9610
      @tonyrodney9610 4 года назад +1

      @@FreeSalesTips The problem is that resistance come before the lock, not after. Even in BJJ or Judo a person taps and submits as soon as the lock is placed. Because there is so much symmetry between the uke and nage it's hard for either to understand how complex it can be to instigate a throw or a lock if when there is resistance from the onset. This is just beautiful jiyu waza, an exercise in rythm and flow not a practical way in how to execute throws and submissions.

    • @FreeSalesTips
      @FreeSalesTips 4 года назад

      @@tonyrodney9610 Jiyu waza is the most practical way to execute throws and submissions. Believe it or not, resisting opponents are one key to why aikido works. Aikido works because tori is receiving uke's energy and because uke commits big energy into the union. What's supposed to happen is that tori is supposed to have the highest level of ukemi skills to make use of the aiki union. This is why resisting opponents are good for aikido and this is why jiyu waza is a practical form of training. Aikido tori's ukemi skills should always be able to feel and detect uke's energy and physical structure such that uke's high level of resistance means tori can use all of that energy.
