You forgot the ultra zany cursed eye. Which gives you a tedious and pointless charged tear burst. ZANY AS FUCK! Not even NL takes it anymore though, so maybe the reroll shit will die out too.
I just now noticed that the keeper refills his hp containers with actual coins. This whole time I thought he picked up a penny, kept the penny, and its essence gave him life or something. It makes sense, so blood banks and IV bags cannot be exploited; however, I am a much sadder person now because I really want those pennies :'(
Wrong, money pickups work just the same, except when he's not at full health he decreases the money pickup count by 1 to heal himself. So pennies, dimes and nickels all have the same value, unless he's not at full health, at which point they all have their values lowered by 1.
"I absolutely need to get Nun's Habit" Would I seem overly cruel if I pointed out that you missed........ I can't even count how many Wooden Nickel plays you missed. You'd easily, EASILY have been guaranteed to have had enough money by that shop had you used Wooden Nickel.

Fun fact: What happened with the mimic chest is that the game lowers your deal chance for _that room_ when you take red heart damage. It is then reset when leaving the room. This is what causes the "don't take damage on the _boss_" thing. It only has an effect in a boss fight because you can't get deals after normal rooms, but it still happens statistically in the engine. So he took damage, lowered his deal chance by 8 % point for the room, then left and saw it come back up.
nickels and dimes should give Keeper some kind of temporary buff in my opinion. Like Nickel might give .5 - 1 dmg up for the rest of the floor or maybe some speed for the room.

I think the Store Key isn't that good past midgame (come on, on most runs you have at least a couple of spare keys at this point), but the Fuse Cutter scissors, or whatever they're called, are quite nice. Not having to worry about troll bombs and having a surplus of bomb consumables is nice for a change. Fruit Cake, as well as Fire Mind or Ipecac, is absolutely fine if you don't tank the damage like an idiot when not being able to sustain 2 hits ever. Fruit Cake can give you Holy Light, Explosivo, Sinus Infection and a bunch of awesome effects that can save your sorry ass. It can give you Head of the Keeper, which is a godsend as Keeper. Even if you get a couple coins per floor because of it, it can be life-saving. I think Fruit Cake is definitely a good item, you just have to play better. And let's be honest, DungabungaLion doesn't play as safely as he should...
Scissors gets you free bombs as troll bombs become regular bombs. If you get curse of the tower you get unlimited bombs. Combine with sack head and bombs become sacks as well.

Safety scissors isn't an incredibly good trinket, but it just depends on what you need and what you have. The Shop Key saves you 1 key per floor up til the womb. Safety Scissors turns Troll Bombs into bomb pick ups, and there tends to be atleast 2 troll bombs per floor, not to mention it makes rooms and bosses that fire troll bombs easier to overcome. You had 4/5 keys and 0 bombs when you saw the Safety Scissors, then it would have probably been best to take them instead of The Shop Key Just my thoughts

Still not entirely true on the 3 Dollar Bill front. The item changes your tears once every few seconds, not once per room. You will notice this if you stand still on an empty room and shoot for a bit that it will change the effect.

Why don't you ever go for bombs on pots on Keeper runs? The drop rate for the swallowed penny from them is relatively big, so I find it's usually worth it if you see 3-4+ pots in range of one bomb.
So, let's not take Fruit Cake because, "I can't handle the idea of one of my tears possibly exploding," and then let's take Cone Head because some mysterious person keeps telling you that it's a good item, instead of having Triple-Quad, which would have been loads better with even one tiny moment of thinking. Alright. Sure.

im pretty sure that someone did some calculations and anything over double shot is actually an overall DPS reduction when you calculate your total DPS
I tried the seed and got a 61 tear delay, I could shoot like every 10 seconds. not worth it

Vidavis Prime and according to to wiki, 3 dollar bill can give you tears that modifies your stats while fruit cake can not

He only keeps money of the coin is more than 1 penny.
So he keeps 4 cents with a nickle pickup, 9 cents with the dime pickup.

For the scissors, you don't just get free bombs, you also remove ALL troll bombs. They can't hurt you, which is valuable as the keeper.
Fruit cake is super good now since they added all the beneficial tear effects from AB+. Fewer ipecac shots + more awesome effects.
