Don't know if anyone can confirm, but wasn't that was Cell Max's intro animation they used during the in-game cinematic for global part 2? I only got it logging in just now. Was the video the same on JP (Teasing LR Cell Max with a new animation)
i believe so yes they just added to the animation a bit for his intro. dont think there was really anyway else they could have did it though.
They would have to give some financial compensation if they added cell max to 9th year😂
