Gram flour 2 cup
Boiled potato 400 grams
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp (as per taste )
Oil for deep fry

How can deep fried aloo bhujia be healthy 😂
I have made it at home,it is healthier than market's packed aaloo bhujia contains preservatives which is harmful for us.
@@neelamkicookingdiary Aloo is mostly carbohydrates and oil is fats . If oil is used again and again for frying it is carcinogenic. There is no way this stuff can be good for you .
