how do you get the duration of aspect of the cat low enough that using like clockwork is beneficial. Without a timeclasp I get long pauses where I'm waiting for aspect of the cat, even without the lower cooldown of discharge.
I have both buffs from aspect of the cat last 1.22 sec each. Discharge has 1.33 sec CD. Theorically if you cast discharge just as the buff giving charges is about to expire then when discharge goes off CD you'd have already gained the buff giving full charges again. But, oh hell noone's gonna time them perfectly xD that's why i chose the 30% chance to not consume charges as enchant. Coupled with the 10% chances from alternate quality, even if you miss the perfect timing you'd still have a 40% chance to cast discharge again. (Edit : I'm planning to replace awakened aoe with enhance since I already have a lot of damage and sanctum doesn't need that much aoe anyway) But it will still happen that discharge is off cd but you have no charges, or all charges are back but the skill is on cd.
I've watched that part like 3 times and i think it's a combination of these : 40% chance to not consume charge + the cdr on discharge almost matching that of aspect of the cat. When casted at the right time he gets all charges back as discharge goes off cd. The 40% chance to not consume charges helped when he missed the timing
Can i call you is teacher??
