Hi guys, Loved the vid to the end. But… as fellow audience already asked about the steaks you throw on the coal… Mhhh. They 3 pieces looked to me like carpaccio thickness 😢😢😢 In my book cavemen steaks, ribeye no boone must be 3 finger thick, 800-1000gr. To avoid outside burned- inside raw use a thermometer stick and get the core temp to around 55 degrees + 3 minutes for resting. Works for me every time I cook such steaks. Bon Appetit Cheers
