Braemar heater (1) Repair combustion fan problem

- Braemar ducted heater TB series . Combustion fan current limiting Resister was burnt out resulting in the pressure switch not close circuit and gas valve cut off, hence there is no flame.
This temporarily fix is to prove the burnt out resister is the only culprit.

Do u have a video that repair controller,because accidentally i pulled out the wire and I don't know how to connect back,there r 4 colors
Hi, I don't have one yet .. May be try the manufacturer's manual or just call them .. A qualified technician will be able to restore that wire connections for you safely ..

@@fix2Qik thanks we got a new heater shortly after...as not worth repairing...unit was already past it's 'best before date' ... :)

As the matter of fact, since I ported this video I don't have a single job call for this particular model, absolutely NON.
I could only imagine the same is happening to the fellow tradies out there.
The original purpose was to see how bad of the impact regards honest technical instruction videos on youtube affecting tradies . I only to know after tested on myself for 3 years. I will take this off on 26 apr 2021.
(Update 17 July 2024: There is absolutely NON call out to me for repairing the exact fault described in this video any more after 2021 since this videoclip was posted).
There are another thousands of videos honestly teaching on repairs of: Split system, refrigeration, heating and cooling that I did not uploaded intentionally.

Hi, Yes still do PCB servicing for registered and Known HVACR related businesses only. My PCB electronic services is Australia wide and Fully insured as long as you are a complied technician.
Note that I don't provide techical information aiding your onsite's fault finding / trouble shooting and I am charging a bench testing fee for the PCB sent in via my PO Box.
