ATMACA is great for bypassing flare cooldowns, but the damage is too low for me. I would usually use the Brahmos-II as the main damage and use another missile as flare bait.
Ya but atmaca cool down is so short, can fire more between flares
The problem is sheer time to kill differences against active targets. Even assuming a vacuum state where every other Brahmos and every third Atmaca is flared off the Brahmos wins that race.
The only hypothetical scenario the Atmaca wins is one on one against a low anti-missile ship constantly flaring.

Brahamos reloads slower than flares so it can get flared every voley
Also atamaca is way more durable
@@kleszczoros4885 durability and reload means less against crotale + searam. The ship could also use flare in case aa failed. Still atmaca good for flare bait while brahmos great all out dmg for single moment
Brahmos right now is a top 3 in game.
But the reload... Ok, The flares are a pain in the ass, but with the right combination it can be great!
The PKX-B grenade launcher can be a good combination with it to flare bait or spamming. I use it on the Pyotr Velikiy or Isakov.
i use it on my constitution every 4.5 sec 80k damage until they flare. once they flare it's just a matter of time, that ships gonna sink.

I use Atmaca as a bit for enemy flare then brahmos for attack.
2x atmaca + 2x Brahmos II + SR-5 On USS Long Beach = Steel Demolisher

The best ship combo with equipments is Ashigara with 2x Brahmos II and 2x ATMACA. The advantage when compared to Long Beach is that Ashigara has 2x torpedo slots while Long Beach has only one. Plus Ashigara is fast and maneuverable as well!
The only way to use brahmos properly is with pkxb, after the enemy flares pkxb, then u can launch brahmos

In demolition test didi you use airdefense missiles for ATAMCA? I can't see them.whereas brahmos 2 evaded most defense
I forget to turn on 'show all the treat markers' when I record it, even without it you can see smoke traces from target air defense.
