It seems when comparing westerners from the USA like white Americans vs Japanese, South Koreans, and the Chinese in their northern provinces that the white American population is noticeably bigger on average but not necessarily taller on average. Overall white Americans are taller than east Asians from South Korea, Japan and China in their northern provinces but when comparing the young adult Japanese, South Koreans and the Chinese from their northern provinces they seem taller on average than white Americans. This is my experience as a white American man that is 170 cm. Half of white American men are 175 cm or shorter and most white American women are between 163 cm to 168 cm. It seems like most young adult east Asian men from Japan, South Korea and the Chinese from their northern provinces are mostly over 175 cm with almost half of them if not half of them 180 cm or taller. Most of young adult women from the northern provinces of China and South Korea look around 168 to 173 cm and most of the young adult Japanese women look around 163 cm to 168 cm but most of these women, especially the young adult Japanese women are usually wearing high heels and sometimes mega high heel stilettos making most of these women around 175 cm to 180 cm. East Asians from the northern provinces of China, South Korea and Japan aren't short anymore and seem to have passed Americans in average height with their young adult populations and are closing the gap with the northern Europeans in average height. Americans are still the biggest people in the world because we are the most overweight and most obese people in the world on average.
