But wait... isn’t persona 5 supposed to take place before persona 4? In persona q2 it’s said by the phantom thieves that Rise is still on tour and in persona 4 she stops.
P4 comes first. In P5 Akechi is known as the second detective prince (the first being Naoto). Sapphire (I think that's the name) is Rise's comeback album.
