Colonia Essenza sounds like the perfect Florida heat fragrance. I would love the bottle as am always looking for a freshie that blooms so beautifully in the horrible weather here. So generous for you to offer it!

Just ordered a 100ml tonight, i was looking around like crazy to find the perfect summer fragrance, i think i mght have finally found it, i smelled most of the acqua di parma line but liked this one the most but had no room on my arms or wrist to spray it to test it on my skin. I just read many positive reviews about its longevity as well and now watched your video and think ive made the right decision. Now, lets see how it performs in high humidity and 35+ degrees celcius...

Love that you mentioned how it opens up outside. That's EXACTLY how I would describe it on me Carlos. Might have something to do with the humidity like with the Varvatos fragrances, but either way, it really changes the complexity.

Have been considering Colonia Essenza for my summer lineup but would prefer to sample it's performance first. Bergamot + Neroli is a winning combination for the heat.

Nice review! Funny that you're blushing when talking about Essenza. I've sampled it a few times, and have a hard time picking out the notes. I just know it has a great blend of citrus and florals. Would love to get that 50ml bottle!

This is a masterpiece of a fragrance. I could smell like this everyday....sophisticated and clean is how this will make you feel.

I bought a 5ml decant of this a few weeks ago. Such a beautiful scent. Honestly no wonder why you’ve never covered this on because it smells unlike a cologne. Smells like you’ve been bathed in heavenly water. Great video
Great review Carlos, Yes this Is truly an excellent fragrance and it’s so versatile you can wear it pretty much anywhere and all seasons, a true gentleman would wear this and it’s one of the few fragrances that I’ve got through a bottle and had to repurchase.
I have smelled this so many times in a store but for some reason haven’t never bought it, yet. I really do enjoy this and definitely will get it soon 👏

I just noticed a comment I left when you first released this review and I have no idea why I waited so damn long to get my nose on this one. Ordered from Maxaroma and it arrived today. What a gorgeous fragrance, exactly as you described. My first purchase from this house but definitely not my last. Going to try out their Oud fragrance next. Plus their Italian, fugedaboutit!!!!!!!!!

From your videos, I can tell how much you love perfumery. The short and sweet videos are nice for when I want to get to the essence of a release, but I also like the ones where you take a bit more time. And again, thank you for doing giveaways!
Great review as always! I recently discovered this house and love it. I tried Colonia Essenza at a shop recently and absolutely fell in love.
Here in Mexico there’s a cologne called “siete machos” it’s been around since the 1930s it smells the same but costs $3 projection and longevity it’s pretty decent you’d be surprised 👍

Essenza..my all time favorite citrus scent..and probably the longest lasting citrus as well 10/10 fragrance in my book.

I have never had the privilege of smelling this fragrance, but the notes hit all the right bells for me - sounds wonderful.
This is one of Mr Smelly favorites also. Aqua di Parma is a very underrated house imo

Carlos, great review of Acqua di Parma Colonia Essenza. I can really see how passionate you are about this fragrance which I love to see. It sounds like a beautiful bright fresh fragrance perfect for this time of year. It is interesting how you experience the citruses indoors in the a/c and the florals outdoors when it is hot out.
