They didn’t come legally to Nigeria
They didn't, but they are neighbours. They came in search of a better life. Nigeria didn't hate them, but the hardship at that time forced the Nigerian government to make such decision. I'm happy both countries settled their differences.
@ I can say we are neighbors but Nigeria doesn’t share borders with Ghana, so a Ghanaian without the right visa in Nigeria can be deported if they are threat to to country and economy so also applies to Ghanians, the fun fact is despite anywhere you are around the world it’s always better to apply legally to be there in order to avoid unprecedented immigration restrictions
