I don’t know if anyone noticed this already but it’s not just the emotions that make this video so good, it’s the PARALLELS!!!
Starting from the last song, the husband and Jesus basically do the same moves to show that He is going through our struggles with us.
The husband landed on his knees the same time with Jesus before he prayed. He pushed his wife the same time Jesus pushed away Peter. The wife held her husband the same way Jesus held the soldier’s ear. Jesus FELT the pain of the husband during His whipping. Like how the son and wife were helping carry the husband who was falling, Jesus was struggling to carry the cross. Lastly, the husband stretched out his arms to receive the healing and love of Jesus who stretched his arms out on the cross for us.
