Aris Cheese God Do a diet of carrots, broccoli, fruits and veggies that has high concentration of Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals. I also wake up every day at 5:00 AM so I can do 1 Hour of work out with my equipment. Also, run and run and go for a walk in the morning to get early sunlight so you can get a lot of Vitamin D. This will help you strengthen your bones. That's all the advice I can give you. Make sure to follow them regularly. (Only on holidays, if you go out then don't eat a lot of cheese, it contains fatty acids and a minimum amount of protein)
