- It’s the most wonderful time of the year - Celebrating God’s gift to us through His son, Jesus Christ. We’re so excited for Christmas and enjoying our family traditions here in Florida for the first time. And while we won’t see a white Christmas with snow down here, the weather has been absolutely beautiful.
We went to a Christmas Tree Farm that was recommended to us by several here in Central Florida. We found the perfect tree for our family - A Fraser Fir with beautiful blueish-green accents. There’s something magical about a real Christmas tree: the way it smells, the way it looks when it’s decorated, and the way it fills the home.

Merry Christmas and God bless. I love how your teaching to give of oneself and not focusing on the birth of Jesus actual day but the gift of Jesus for us. I have had two sets of children 19 years apart and the latter child I decided to speak the truth about everything including Christmas. I didn’t want to lie to her about who gives the gifts and I didn’t want her to think about herself. I love the example you are setting. I wish I had seen this example while raising my own children.
