The fried chicken is actually an indian one. It blew up mainly because this how indian chicken is made. we make our food in front of our eyes.. either it's veg or non- veg that is why we even buy vegetables from wholesale markets and not super- markets. The raw chicken is properly washed and cut to pieces in front of the customer and then we cook it at our home. Since the video there was a very quick way how to do this whole procedure, it blew up (mainly in India). this is also the reason why non- veg food chains do not work much well in india since almost 80 percent of our population is vegetarian.
