Kai's very smart not to repeat previous concepts and style of music, so all his three albums are impossible to compare, each one is so different, but quality and artistry stays at the highest level, because it's Kai, Art himself.
I apreciate the switch in genres, it’s like nothing he’s done before BUT it still makes sense for him, if that makes sense. For example, I can’t really picture any other EXO member doing this song, or really, not many other male idols in general. It’s such a gorgeous addition to his discography, his taste is just amazing, I know he’s very involved in curating the songs for his eps. I am telling you, he’s building up one of the best solo male discographies in kpop. This is definitely his catchiest, most fun release his far, the wait was sooo worth it.
