Love the review, guys - thanks again for taking the time to help me improve my videos! I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it, and I am glad you ended up liking how I divided everything up into sections (I though that might be more divisive). I agree completely about each of the three main areas to improve.
You're right that the current was really tough to deal with while using the lighter camera/tripod setup. At many points, I found myself exhaling hard and trying to hold the camera down from above to keep it on the ground, which didn't always produce the best results. I did slow down and crop a lot of the footage (it was shot at 4K/60 and rendered at 1080/24), but I think my knowledge and overall skill with DaVinci kept it from looking better.
All of the color correcting was done separately for each clip, so I definitely need to work on trying to match everything for the whole film - thanks for the link to your tutorial on that!
I also really appreciate the feedback with regard to the lighting - I will definitely use the advice you both gave with regard to intensity. The GoPro doesn't give any kind of histogram or exposure information (at least, I don't think it does), so I am excited to see how things turn out when I get to use my new (to me) GH5s setup I've been building this year.
Almost forgot: you nailed the pronunciation of my name - great work ;)

You're very welcome mate and thanks for the extra information. We really enjoyed watching your film and look forward to more submissions from you, maybe with your new GH5S rig...?!? 😉
Keep up the good work and enjoy capturing your awesome underwater adventures.
      Cheers,
      Matthias

Nice work for an action camera. Not sure if any critter was missed there - very lucky dives.

Thanks! We had an awesome divemaster who was really good at finding things - it felt like we were seeing a lot of things that the other groups on our trip didn't.
