Simone Motor Test and Mask Trial Fit -

Here I run a program that tests all of Simone's head motors. There are 7 motors.
Next step will be to replace the eyes before gluing down the silicone rubber skin to the plastic skull.

It’s a great suggestion but very difficult to implement. I have done that in the past but it is just not practical for this iteration (“OpenFembot”)of Simone.

the eyes look a little tired, but outside of that skin especially is really lifelike. It's too bad the eyelid of the skin isn't used but an unattached eyelid is. Just have to wait and see what's next.
The skin colors are different for different parts, but I think that's kind of normal on people (think of tan lines), so I'm not too worried about that.

it's too bad there's no edge pinching movement on the outside side of the eyes, as that's what regular eyes have. The eyelids so far only go up or down. That's kind of what makes it a little more robotic than personal.

It's not glued down yet. I still have to replace the eyes. that will take about 6 hours.
As for the skin, I will put an external silicone rubber skin over the mannequin’s body.
