Hmmm .. the single front disc set up on the KLE would suggest it's likely going to be a smaller capacity bike than the 890 and Tenere ... maybe a 450cc or 500cc to compete with the CFmoto / Kove / BMW / KTM small Adv offerings
It's definitely the 450cc engine they have in the new Ninja 500. You can compare the engines from images. It's even the same radiator. 45hp. Let's hope it's not to heavy. The Z500 weighs 167kg, the minimum to stay under the 0,2kw/kg limit of the A2 license class. The KLE will definitely be heavier, it's just a question of how much heavier. I suppose it'll be around 180-190kg fully fuelled.
More than likely the 451cc Ninja 500 engine. It's basically a complete rethink of the Versys-X 300, which got left behind in the old emissions regs years ago... it was never a proper match for that old 296 engine anyway.
There seem to be a lot more interesting new models this year making a visit much more appealing than in recent years. 5:06 I do like that Scrambler - the livery is very "Martini", don't you think?
Aren't there any of the Chinese bikes there? I'm sure you would have mentioned it if they were there. I was hoping to have a sit on a CFMoto 450MT as I really fancy one.
Looks as if the place is empty went few years ago and several manufacturers was there place was empty, very disappointed, a d yet they still had the cheek to charge the full price 😢
The new DRZ is “ almost “ a total disappointment ☝️, firstly I may add I know in the UK and European markets you haven’t had it since around 2006 , but in Australia and US still get the “ unchanged “ 25” odd year old bike that’s been in production since 1999. So for us it’s a disappointment. WHY well one MAJOR floor is the 5 speed box still , basically the same engine with bolted on fuel injection, ABS - a good 👍 thing , and traction control- that is stupid on a 400cc trail bike , AND it’s heavier . Basically what the KLR 650 done , but with a bit less tech . No wonder the Chinese are leaving the Japanese behind now when they will not do any major updates. The newish 800 engine they made a few years back was the first new engine in over 20 years. Unfortunately the Chinese are doing to the Japanese what they did to the British manufacturing industry.
Apart from being a great rider his enthusiasm is infectious
100%
So happy bike shows have come back and they are a thing again 🤓
Thanks for the eyballs 👀 Chris.
Some very sweet lookin scoots there. 😃
Stuck in Oklahoma.
Great preview. I’m going on Monday (trade day)
Aw I was hoping for a bit more on the KLE. Fair enough
DRZ never went out of style here in Australia. Glad they're keeping it around.

Exactly what I thought when I saw that, and certainly hope it's the case
Yeh hopefully using the same engine as the new 500 Ninja but a bit more adapted to off-road with more torque.

genuinely looking forward to the KLE - gutted it's 2026 but hey , we know Kawi will build a good one 🙂

I would love one of those electric BMX bikes
That KLE looks seriously interesting
i really expected triumph to give cruise control as standard for the r and rs models in 2025 since they did that on a trident .....a trident 😑😑😑😑
Hmm, I thought the mystery bike was going to be a dual sport KLE500?
ADV or Dual Sport, not sure which category. Maybe a hybrid of the two.
Shame Aprilia don’t make more of an effort
Ducati Panigale Tricolore????

@@martinhughes9769 this was before it opened, packed now.
Put a down payment on a 990 RCR 2 weeks ago.
Why? You should wait for the KLE.
Tough😢😢
i d like a new kle,but not 500.bigger
451cc, if they use the Ninja 500 engine which I'm 99% sure they did.
Shame the KLE isn't coming until 2026, I'll have spent my money on something else by then.

a bike in a box with no info--- i will never consider a kaweaski
I used to go to mcl in the past, it's not the show it once was.
Ktm will be under new owners before long, I think within a few weeks.
Why the rush ? Take the time next video! ...

Sorry not for me Chris😢
nothing is made specifically for you bud, I hate the comments saying stuff like this
@@GRamerDim He's engaging with the content and he's not being offensive. I've seen a lot worse comments then this. Don't be a nanny
@@_Makanko_ Chris probably doesn't know Achilles22. How could Chris respond to it? There's no data, no info, no reasons, just a crying comment.
