    Great video! The explanation is concise and covers important points like making sure the bottom anchor tape ends at the dorsal side and covering the heel during the final wrapping when normally you would ignore it.
    As a personal inquiry: considering that this method limits dorsal flexion in general, I assume this can also be applied to cases where limiting dorsal flexion is ideal such as footballer’s ankle and muscle tear of the gastrocnemius.
    Also, since pronation (as well as abduction) usually occurs conjointly with dorsal flexion, and this method limits dorsal flexion, it may thus, by extension, limit pronation which may have some benefit in those with overpronation (ie flat-feet). If so it can be assumed that this method may have complimentary benefit when used in tangent with the arch-supporting tape.
    Overall, good video with a nice model. 5/5 would recommend this video.
