As a kid in country Victoria in the 60's Chad was a travelling showman along with Tex Morton, Reg Lindsay, the great Slim Dusty etc,,,Chad was the most approachable bloke and he didn't give a shit as long as you enjoyed his show which we all did and still derive that down to earth good bush Aussie stuff today..... SO PLAY IT UP HARD AND LONG CHAD..

I had the good fortune to see Chad in Bendigo in the mid-80s. A genuine bloke. And while his lyrics may be considered jingoistic or self-deprecating, they are undeniably clever. He's still as silly as a snake... :)
I didn’t know there was a documentary on Chad. I grew up in Wondai and have many memories of listening to the sound of the the real Australia of yore’s music.A true legend and Aussie! ;) Documentary looks a bit cheap and low budget...where can I watch it?

After viewing this I just have one thing to say. Jane Hosking or whatever your name is (wouldn’t know as no ones heard of you or your bad small homemade indie movies ) word of advice.. film school would do you a world of good

What was up with the place cards in this film?looked more like a 7th grade school presentation! very cheap and trashy film.This is an example of trailer park film making!Dont quit your day job whoever was responsible for this embarrassing lacklustre
