Something I really appreciate about this review is that you didn’t just play jazz or AC/DC. Thank you for showing some heavier stuff and some actual diversity for this guitar. It’s super helpful!
I own a Billy Duffy G7593t -BD White Falcon and it's the only "perfectly built" guitar I've ever owned. I also own an Electromatic that needed some work but still puts out way more than it's cost! If I had your guitar there's absolutely no way in hell I'd ever consider selling or trading it away for ANYTHING! That sound is just irreplaceable!
Daphne Blue was originally a 1958 Cadillac color. Leo Fender used DuPont automotive paint for his custom colors starting in 1959. Shell Pink was originally a 1956 DeSoto color. 👍
Is it really only 1 of 100? How do you know? Also, does the position of the master volume knob concern you? I’m getting this as my first guitar and that’s the only concern I have atm. Very excited to start playing! Thanks.
This particular Gretsch came as part of a custom group made for Andertons. There were 4 guitars in the group, 100 of each were made. Verified by Lee Anderton himself. The volume position doesn't concern me. The only thing that slightly annoys me with Gretschs in general is there's so many volume controls on one guitar. Typically for my style of playing, you only need one aha.
Aesthetically speaking, if I was brought in as a one show replacement player in The Darkness, lost my gear, and I didn't want to play a Gibson, this would be one to pick.
I have a question..how do you record your audio? Im really trying to get the best audio for my videos, but sometimes just iPhone audio sounds like crap, ya know? So if you have a recommendation, I'd be thankful! 🤘🤘
Great playing Cam, you totally inspired me to get one of these and I've just managed to pick up a second hand single cut version ruclips.net/video/URtDOHoA12A/видео.html Thanks for heads up dude, I love this guitar 👍🤘

This might be it! You need to do more vids with this one. Sick!

Beautiful colour, love the gold furniture!
I picked up a Gretsch Streamliner Jr. a few weeks back. It plays and sounds great. I love it, and I’m definitely more of a strat man.
Cool guitar. I love the filtertron pickups.
I wish more companes would make double cuts. They are a great design.
Have you got a lesson on the lick you played at 3:05 - 3:17? That was seriously nutty sounding! Awesome video mate, love that Gretsch

I already knew that. Cool fact!
Smokin!!!
Oh man so cool
Another question, is there any difference between the 2 special editions that came out aside from a different body style?
I don't think so...
Right...I've never associated Gretsch wurh Shred/metal...but youve just converted me!

@@CameronCooper thanks. I could see all those volume knobs getting annoying. In theory could you turn the 3 knobs down and just use the master volume?

I'd pick this even if I had a Gibson
Between this and the Revstar, which do you recommend overall?
I like both. I think prefer the feel of the Revstar but the look of the Gretsch.
Black falcon sounds as good as that. Really thik

I use a Yamaha THR30II. Check them out. The Yamaha THR amps changed my life
Classy looking beast. Does it have the LP bottom weight balance problem ?
Nope
it absolutely does. It nose dives if you try and play it standing up. Sounds incredible though.

How much are they paying you!
I paid for it I'm not sponsored. Back again to display your ignorance once again, Baldman?
He's a beginner guitarist😂
