There are certain behaviors Ghosts perform that gives them away immediately. At 7:49, the door fully closed. There is only one ghost that can do that, and it is called a Yurei. (think the girl from the Ring) Yureis fully close doors to drain a player's sanity. Correction: looks like it was a demon impersonating a Yurei.
