I am utterly grateful to you for guiding me and many others on the right direction. My father passed away when I was young and I had to be in a residential school for almost entirety of my life. I’m a golf coach and to really get a player to unlock his best potential he needs to be able to visualize. The better he can visualize the better he becomes.
Before every shot you need to be able to stand behind the ball and see the exact shot your going to hit in detail! The trajectory , the curve (6 yards right to left) , see the ball landing (4 feet onto the green and 22 feet to right of the pin) exact spot! Seeing the ball release (roll up 27 feet forward and breaking left 19 feet) seeing the ball stop 3 feet to the right of the hole! And boom you just hit an incredible shot From 170 yards out of the right rough behind a tree up nestled next to the pin.
The reason I’m starting with this is because of how incredible the visualization experiment in this video went for me and I’m thinking maybe I’m more advanced at it because of years of practice.
What happened to me during this video was incredible, I had no idea what was coming or where I was about to go in the span of 20 seconds but I closed my eyes and followed along and instantly was in the car. I knew I was at a funeral once I got out of the car but had no idea it was mine. When I looked over the edge of the casket I got goosebumps and when I turned back and saw my wife breaking down in tears I found tears flowing down my own face right here on my couch.
It was intense but I’m glad it happened and I’m glad I didn’t know it was coming or it might have changed the outcome for me. Being unprepared and surprised to see my loved ones grieving for me and getting up to the mic to talk about me was a very cool place to go and I’m hoping that maybe I’m wrong and other people who never visualize were able to experience the same thing.
I appreciate this channel and have no doubt the self improvement it’s going to bring upon my life personally and the trickle effect impact it will have on my family.
