    Brent - Thanks so much along with the video yesterday to clarify Hip to Shoulder Separation. After reviewing video it seem we are getting more scap loading. It appears the shoulders are separating to some degree but not with the chest. However after see the video today it looks as though Hyperangulation is the bigger problem. How long after doing the medball throws and ball throws in the programs should we expect to see the hyperangulation disappear?

      A good 2-4 months with the Med Ball throws should do it unless the velocity isn't improving.

    This is totally true! The first time I tried the arm path that Brent teaches, I felt way way less load on my shoulder and I was trowing the ball excessively quicker. That was many years ago btw (still have the 3X program pdfs). I still need some improvements to my lower half but this information is crucial to avoid arm injuries. Specially if you are trying to trow at max effort!
