I've been learning a lot from your videos. Thanks for putting it out there. Man, you make it simple and at the same time explain things on a deeper level. We feel we understand the concept and that makes it easier not just to apply it but to combine them in unusual ways. Thanks a lot.
This is incredible. The fact that you got it so accurate to begin with is great, but the layers that you revealed are in the guitar riff really stuck with me. It’s honestly completely changed the way I produce music now.
always solid -thorough,, - & mega helpful- thanks again sir- _quick side note * those piano/synth chords are actually interpolated from Alicia Myers "I Want To Thank YOu" big underground club joint back in like 86' or so-, - props to MakePopMusic also,, Beat Academy & MPM made this a must watch for me,, thanks again,,
Everything is perfect, im amaze by the attention on the details, I really enjoy watching this remake, would you cover vocals and vocal harmonies in one tutorial? that will be the cherry on the cake for this channel. I have my vocal chain but I am very sure that you will come up with a monster set up. Thank you!
Fantastic stuff as usual Ivan. Not only do you remake the beat but you also improve it. Yours sounds better than the original! Thank you very much. I'll keep learning from you both here and in your Beat Academy!
another great tutorial!!!as always my go to you tube channel, because you mostly use ableton stock to get results!!!shows you that you do not always need fancy plugins, I used the ableton amp to beef up my main riff.kepp em coming man, any chance of a faster drum n bass tutorial?
Hey, I really love all of your videos! I am trying to copy some of your techniques in Logic but I don’t know how to side chain or do busses. Do you think you could ever do a video using Logic or GB? That would be sick for beginners/ intermediate producers like me. :)
This is great dude. How do you have your drum racks set up? It looks like each element has its own midi track. Are you just sending the midi output from each channel to the drum rack?
I'm considering joining Beat Academy; however, I only have FL and I don't want to buy and learn another DAW. What does Beat Acadamy offer for its FL users?
Thanks for all the great tutorials mate. You’re an idol for beginners like me. Small request, could you do a tutorial on Dhruv - Airplane thoughts please? He’s going to blow up anytime now.
It would be a real game-changer if you could partner with someone or another channel to the mix the track after you've reconstructed them. While this is a great reconstruction, it sounds very flat, but that's to be expected as it's not a mixing tutorial but a production one. Just a thought.
21:37 Could never understand how even a bas sawtooth makes my ears bleed with those extra transients stabbing above a cut-off. I guess its job security for the saw tooth that it will always be able to cut through a replete mix. This video is an opus by illFactor though. Well done.
YOOOO YOU WENT OFF! This video was so good! Thanks for using and shouting out our new free pack!
Any time!
thats the greatest anime crossover
Greatest crossover 🔥
I don't find your pack "The dawn" on your website
@@gabrieldiazcomoretto you gotta click on freebies and join their community. Then you’ll get access to the pack 😉
i love how the project didnt even need further mixing or mastering, it just sounded professional almost from the get go
It seems so effortless for you to get something to groove and vibe. Really impressive
Was a lot fun. But glad it was a helpful video
exactly, I spent so much time on the first guitar riff section 🤣🤣
Top 3 best music production channels on youtube.
Amazing ! Thanks
This guy hits the spot every time..

Starboy by Daft Punk would be dope
David Guetta, Morten "Permanence"
Garbage truck by sex bob omb
I would love to see a Less Than Zero tutorial, i think is one of the best songs in the album!🔥🖤
This is incredible. The fact that you got it so accurate to begin with is great, but the layers that you revealed are in the guitar riff really stuck with me. It’s honestly completely changed the way I produce music now.
Glad to hear that.
Thank you so much for your knowledge! Yesterday I learned Paralel Compression because of you. Keep it up ill Factor!!
Just looking the beginning and the playback sounds HUGE !
Always a pleasure watching these videos. l"m learning something new every time!
Glad you like them!
Between this video and the Rain On Me video I love the running gag of Ill Factor comparing his vocals to different sea animal sounds 🤣
Never forget… lol 😂
This is brilliant! Such a great song and so much to learn from this. Thanks a mil 👍👍
Dude, you are the legend! Thank you , thank you a million times for your work!

Another banger video from my greatest source for music production!!!

the riff sounds beutiful.
Can you PLEASE do Out of Time by The Weeknd it’s a really good one
It samples a japanese city pop song. The instrumental is pretty much the same.
Beautiful! Just beautiful!

I hit fast forward so I could be a genius quicker and had to retract real fast! Woah. Sounds like live instruements.
Because of this ..I'm liking the original song now ..🤧🤧👍

Where's the project file on your site?
The melodies and the vibe... I can't help but think of daft punk.
the way you produce, do you get the mix done like 80 percent during you re producing ?
I would love to see a video on how to get a VHS Collection sound
You did a great job, well done. What would you say is the easier DAW for beginners though Alberton or Cuebase?
Thank you!
You're welcome!
This was excellent. Can you cover something off the new Duran Duran album? Maybe Invisible or Anniversary?
I don't have "Chorus Ensemble" effect (Ableton 10 user). What's the best alternative for this plugin? Thanks!
Always great videos! Please could you write me where I could find your advice to get the Ableton drum buss plug-in with Logic?
Yea its a video on my channel
Hey, I really love all of your videos! I am trying to copy some of your techniques in Logic but I don’t know how to side chain or do busses. Do you think you could ever do a video using Logic or GB? That would be sick for beginners/ intermediate producers like me. :)
Also, I am going to watch videos to learn those techniques on my own time, but it would be cool to see you in a different DAW!
You got it. I do have some logic videos on the channel. But I can make a quick A/B VIDEO on logic stay tuned and sub to the channel
I can't open this project you use the latest version of Ableton 😢
for those of you with amplitube instead of guitar rig, use a wah pedal and fuzz age with leslie amp. good luck
Good suggestion
This is great dude. How do you have your drum racks set up? It looks like each element has its own midi track. Are you just sending the midi output from each channel to the drum rack?
Nice 👌🏼👌🏼
We went to school together here in Toronto.

Замечательно, спасибо!
Thanks for the beat, but "Sacrifice" project is missing your library! Please upload, Ivan!
It's up now!
The V8 collection ($$ tho) is soo good if used effectively! Prob my favorites are more of the Prophet and Jupiter emulations though! 😇
Those are great ones.
please do some trilogy songs!
Can you recreate Is There Someone else by The Weekend?
Can you do: don’t break my heart?
how about Less Than Zero or Out of Time?
I'm considering joining Beat Academy; however, I only have FL and I don't want to buy and learn another DAW. What does Beat Acadamy offer for its FL users?
Great question we have some FL users that find Beat Academy very helpful. All principles shown or talked about work on any DAW
*It ain't easy to remake ABEL'S songs man thumbs up*
Hey! I just remade "Is There Someone Else", you can check it on me channel. It's not a spam, just think you're interested in this topic 🤗
I'll be so glad hearing you feedback ☺️
Thanks for all the great tutorials mate. You’re an idol for beginners like me. Small request, could you do a tutorial on Dhruv - Airplane thoughts please? He’s going to blow up anytime now.

In every tough situations in your life, just use the MODO BASS
It once saved me from an angry badger
moth to a flame pls

I have a whole in depth Mixing course available inside the Beat Academy platform.
The sounds and textures were better than the original , felt the chorus hits harder too
Thanks for watching
can u do less than zero
WOW
