- Hello Everyone!!
In this video I joined a local hunt for their Newcomers Drag hunt which is a good introduction to mock hunts!
Daisy had the best time as you'll probably be able to tell! It did take me a little while to get used to Daisy's excitement however it's nothing I'm not used to and after the first 2 fields we were back on track!!😅
I have a bitting specialist out in a couple days to help me find a new bit that will allow me to have better control from the start but also make sure Daisy is happy and comfortable too!👍🏼

Emme don’t worry bout not been able to stop or daisy accting up (not saying you were) and ppl shouting at you there probably not having a great ride and taking it out on u after all it was your first hunt and amazing job
Thank you for your really kind comment, I was lucky to be able to speak to everybody after the ride and sort of clear the air. Everybody had their own quirks that they were dealing with that day but the main thing is everybody got home alright! I can’t wait to go again!

Cool we’re I live I don’t drag them hunt we are a little bit calmer but I actually would rather drag hunt because the feild master is terrible where we hunt dost care about safety and my friend was riding on her little pony and she told me that they were galloping and he all of a sudden stopped and my friend went flying literally!
Id be surprised if your fingers and hands weren’t hurting after holding Daisy back. If you have a look on Ettie and Kizzy adventures, their mum gives calming cookies to the ponies when needed.
Calming cookies don’t work for us I personally think they have more of a placebo effect :)

At 22:43....: How long do you pull your head from your horse to the left? This immediately runs into some obstacle / tree / other horse. Was it fun to participate?
