A great video to bridge the gap between the next full build upload. This may quickly be one of my favorite trucks in the fleet. So much fun to watch this rig tackle the terrain. Thinking about some new wheels and tires though. What do you think?
This really an impressive model, the only thing I hope they do in the future is a military version with the slant back rear cover because then I would be all in and save for one.
I was amazed by the detailed engine and functioning belts and pullies. Just bought a FMS 1/12 Jimny. Loved it. Will work hard to save some money for the Hummer H1.
My only concern is modding it. Say you want bigger tires. Do you have to redesign the suspension? Can you body lift it? Etc. With something this scale mods look to be a challenge.
When I first saw these, I thought they were ridiculous because of the 4-wheel steering, but after seeing some modified 1/1 rigs with 4-wheel steering, I've changed my mind. However l, at $330, I really think that FMS should have included a battery, too! Also, when will RC companies stop putting turn signals on off-roading trucks? It's totally ridiculous that we can't turn them off! I unplugged my side marker lights from my RocHobby Fire Horse so I wouldn't have to deal with them.
Hummer nutcase here. It is not a 2006 H1 Alpha. FMS fooled us all. It’s a pre-2000 model interior & exterior. For ultimate realism; use weights to bring it to 2,950 grams curb weight. Toss out the foams, air fill & glue seal the tires. I converted the hard top to a soft top and added roll bars, and trimmed the rear bumper as a bonus.
It's been awhile and I usually keep it in 4x4 mode, but have you tried pressing and holding the channel 4 button on the side until you hear the servo move? Otherwise I'm sure it says in the manual. Have fun with your new rig! These Hummers are a lot of fun for trail driving.

So realistic right out of the box! Insane! 🔥🔥🏁🏁

Looks amazing I will definitely start saving for one of these.

Looks a very cool rig, some upgrades like wheels would be great 😀
the New RTR Hummer H1 From FMS Model!!!~~~ Wow awesome video, and cool rc car 👍👍💯
I'm absolutely loving this. My husband is geeking over it. Imagine all this in a 1:10 comp truck
Great model. Thanks for the detailed presentation. Hadn't thought that it has so many functions.
Man that hummer is awesome especially the 4 wheel steering. FmS never fails to please 😄
Looks more realistic than my actual M1152 humvee in the garage

likely a similar approach to lifting the real vehicle

Hey, just got this and it is awesome. One problem...how to switch from 4WD to 2WD??

Looks good but the suspension looks too low.
