I've listened to Skillet ever since I was a little kid and I have always loved his music. I remember listening to his album Alien Youth with my Mom all the time and it was one of the many albums my Mom and I would listen to. I didn't really understand the words and his message behind each song that John Cooper made, but I would always have them stuck in my head. Throughout the years of my life of maturing and growing my faith with God and Christianity I understood the words to his songs. When I heard this song I was going through a rough time being away from my family and struggling to keep my head up and not drown in all the negativity that I was experiencing. I would always listen to this song and just think how great God is and how he's always the anchor in my life when everything seems to be pulling me down. Being an inspired electronic music producer and dj. I decided to remix this song to captivate others and new audiences and spread the word of God and the talented musician John Cooper and his band is.
