most people can have 3 drinks in the first hour and not blow over 0.0 the reason is because the first 2-3 drinks depending on weight go to your liver. AFTER THAT is basically full.. then the drinks start going to your BLOOD it is then that they start coming out of your lungs, as well as sweat. This is what causes a test to fail, so in order for a test to even display 0.01 when properly calibrated... you have to have drank at least 2 or 3 drinks in an hours time. Thats why for a minor it doesnt matter it doesnt have to read over 0.01 because 0.01 indicates that they have definitely drank more than one drink, and cannot occur from something like mouthwash. the test making you blow for a bit makes sure mouthwash does not cause false detects If you are blowing ANYTHING AT ALL as in 0.01 you had at least 2 and probably more like 4 drinnks in one hours time. (about one drink per hour wears off, so if it was 2 hours add a drink. 3 hours add another..) so even for a tiny girl like her, she had to have drank at least a few drinks to make any numbers register on the test.

Thats why for a minor it doesnt matter it doesnt have to read over 0.01 because 0.01 indicates that they have definitely drank more than one drink, and cannot occur from something like mouthwash. the test making you blow for a bit makes sure mouthwash does not cause false detects
If you are blowing ANYTHING AT ALL as in 0.01 you had at least 2 and probably more like 4 drinnks in one hours time. (about one drink per hour wears off, so if it was 2 hours add a drink. 3 hours add another..)
so even for a tiny girl like her, she had to have drank at least a few drinks to make any numbers register on the test.
I swear everything Joe said is so facts
Oh joe you always find a way to get my horse excited ❤

These cops are the best though. They didn’t overreact, and they genuinely asked if she needed help when she faked an injury.
In her defense (for pissing herself, not for being drunk), she is 20. I don't know anyone that young that doesn't act like a complete dumbass. It's nature though because their chemical balance tells them to do dumb things which translates into leaving home and being confident when you have nothing at all. lol
