Thank you GOOGLE for not only shinning a light on sir Arthur Lewis and his historic accomplishments but for also putting my island home , St. Lucia on full blast. We're a small Island compared to many in the Caribbean but we have 2 Noble prize winners. I've never been more proud...

The Caribbean to day would be in great shape if they listened to Arthur Lewis
Hearing that he nearly worked himself to death, fighting for the Federation is so saddening. Certainly a credit to us all.
MASTER CLASS. I'm a PROUD ST. LUCIAN. If only St. LUCIANS knew who they were,, they would behave differently.

He would have never succeeded like this in America. Woe is America.
Um, Princeton is in, New Jersey - USA. ... There are many such great men in the USA. Many, many men. You just don't hear about them. They are forgotten.
@@mellis966 Princeton came at the latter part of his career. His career was launched in the UK as you already know and because of his success there he was accepted at Princeton but you are correct there were many great men of color in the US who accomplished so much but are simply forgotten. So very sad.
Beautiful documentary and well deserved to Sir Arthur Lewis.
