This explanation is so much more clear. I made the “dice bowl” from your other video early on and just couldn’t wrap my mind around the explanation in the video. It was just so fast. I finally got it figured out, but this is so much more clear. Thanks for remaking it
Digging the new video format and background. Really nice bowl also.
The much more reliable way to do your outside profile would be to cut down around 1/2 an inch with the Jenny, then cut outside the line with a jigsaw or bandsaw, and flush trim with router or router table. Perfect results every time and much better on your cnc bits.
New studio if fire!!!! Love the clearity of the video and the top down view and markers are cheffs kiss!
Great project! I made something similar for the Vectric UGM last fall and the Extended Reach Uptown Jenny handles 8/4 material like a champ on the Onefinity!
Great project Hamilton! I can easily see that bowl filled with chips or popcorn
Love it, glad to see I’m not the only one to mess up…
Congrats on getting back in the shop! This new studio set is really great and the top down shot worked perfectly. Love the style
Very nice project!!!
Great project.
FantasS”s”tic video! Thanks Hamilton!
Would roughing the outside edge first then doing a finish pass at the final size help the chip out?
I don't know why you use Downtown Jenny and not Cody's Compression but. Downcut bits back scrape the wood. Not cutting into it.a compression bit has the last 1/4"turned into an upcut bit so cuts cleanly I to the wood. But still downcut to keep top edge cleZn
