Beach Training Seminar Jan 2025 preview

I've always loved training in nature, especially at the beach, doubly so when you live near some of the most amazing beaches in Australia!
The seminars theme was "play fighting" and looked at kumite basics, and focused on "practice" as a conversation rather than competition. We warmed up and practiced fundamentals in the shade of the park, engaged in light-continuous sparring in the water, and finished with some sumo wrestling. A fun-filled morning of social karate.
Our beach training motto: "CARPe diem" - SEAS the day!!!
