@@momentswithmarina hi dear please help a friend, I want to visit Bahrain and I also want to get something doing like working,, please can a foreigner easily get a better job over there please help me
I wish my country will become like UAE in terms of development, advancement's, transports, technology, infrastructure, motorway, roadlink, e-commerce, buildings, beeches, amusement's, ports, sport complex, gyms, maritime logistic, lush greenery, employment opportunity, welfare of citizens, banking, MRT trains, electric-trumps, electric-buses and so on etc (AMEEN) In Sha Allah
I agree with your tip #8 !! I don't know why some men in Bahrain expect that every girl walking down the street is a hooker!!! If someone asks you how much tell him double the rate for your mother! I know that is rude but that's the only way those rude men will understand! But I think this might only happen in Juffair or Exhibition Road as I never heard it happening in other areas!
Yes, you are right! I used to live in juffair for the first year. In amwaj now some guys stop their cars if I walk alone , and can try to talk to me or just shout strange noises 😬 it doesn’t really look nice! In fact, in many countries stopping cars and talking to girls is not polite, but probably guys in Bahrain don’t know about it 🙈 still I don’t think they would behave the same with local girls! It just sometimes makes me want to leave Bahrain 😁
@@momentswithmarina Women in Bahrain don’t have the voice that women of other cultures have. The men here are accustomed to having their way with them unfortunately. So maybe they feel that it applies to all women.
@@momentswithmarina Me and my family were born and raised here I’m a local and that’s pretty common and I’ve experienced it a lot so don’t worry it’s not just you
@@momentswithmarina sorry to hear that . As she said it's only in places like Amwaj, juffair and exhibition roads as they are prone to people visiting for such sole purposes. Apart from that women feel safe and I see women walk alone even at night 1 am ,2 am gudaibiya/Manama/um Al Hassan. Thanks for sharing your honest opinions👍
@@BigMike_RTTV complete nonsense. It depends on how a woman acts and what she wears. Bahrain is quite a conservative country and most women wear an abaya hence if someone wears revealing clothes she complain if she is mistaken for a hooker.
Thank you for the comment! I would suggest you to watch the video "shopping in Bahrain" , where you can see the approximate prices. It's hard to say what living expenses are, because everyone has different needs...for instance, some people never go out, and always eat at home, others only prefer home deliveries and restaurants... :) it may apply also accommodation, entertainment so on... :)
How do you use your phone there? My fiancé is getting stationed there soon and I want to know how can I keep in contact with him. We use FaceTime a lot. Is there an app he needs to download?
Hello, Devin. Don’t worry, everyone has WhatsApp here. Many people use Snapchat, but I don’t really have it. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are more than enough. Wish your fiancé good luck and hope you can visit him in Bahrain really soon 😍❤️ you will like the place :)
hi there. I just wanna ask.. Can you use your driver's license issued from the country you came from? Or you need to apply for a new one in bahrain so you can drive a car there?
If you want to drive , you should get a license in Bahrain . It’s not very difficult . If you already have driving license from abroad, you just need to pass a driving test in Bahrain and get your Bahraini one :)
Hey! I used to live in the same place in Amwaj, however thinking about moving to Juffair. Do you have any experience if life if different in multiple areas?
I do not have experience at all but I've lived in juffair my whole life and i can tell you it's amazing to be honest there's everything you need there and everything is near and everyone is well nice it depends on the person and it's comfortable and affordable and clean if it's the cheapest!
Sorry, but dressed like that you shouldn't be surprised men stop the car next to you and ask how much. A more modest dress code is definitely recommended and at the same time, one is showing respect for the country, people and their culture and religion. It's common sense really.
Hi Marina! thank you for your videos , I can't wait to move in Bahrain this month, so lucky to find your vids its a great help!
