Just thought I would offer a correction. The wagon is a Chevelle/Malibu not a Caprice. 🤨 And did you get your dad's Z28 wheels off of it before you traded it? 🤔 Oh and you told us how much everything else was, how much did you have to spend on the rear quarter panel?
When your dad comes over makes me miss mine, I think I'd still be into cars but he's the one who surrounded me with cars & car parts or him fixing friends & family cars while I held the flashlight 🔦 like hiw most of started. Love your playful relationship enjoy these times & build memories for a lifetime (what am I talking about you have it documented on video)
The best part about doing something like this for pops is more than the obvious feeling a son gets for getting to do or provide a very rare sense of pride gratitude and the hazing over his eyes like the first real cmas present that your son wished for for a solid 12 months non stop lol is the look in pops eyes when he stands back and you can see the red reflection in his soul from that cutty and his soul in the 68’ cutty! Oh yeah, and you know as long as he doesn’t wrap around a pole youll more than likely get it back one day after his additions and tweaks to enjoy him til your end of days then pass it on to your kid. It keeps souls with us forever
Man Casey, YOU and your DAD are the coolest people ever! I was so happy 😁 to hear that this cool classic is Dad's. Father's do so much for their sons and deserves such gifts. The relationship that you two have is priceless! Also, you both are funny and are very entertaining too. Keep up the good work Casey, you ROCK! Have a good day today 😎🌞. Great video 📸. Thanks!
I really liked the way both the '67 & '68 Cutlass had the headlights spaced wide and the park light / turn signal was between them on each side. All the mid-60's GM A body intermediates were good looking in my minds eye. Keep up the good work!
Actually really enjoyed this type of content! You / Your Dad / How to restore/ Replace Panels. Awesome stuff, plus your Dad deserves to own that Cutlass! 😁
Cutless is absolutely my favorite series. I really liked the old Ford truck as well. I wish your Dad could be there with you more. You are funny, but it gets funnier with the old man around. Just my opinion. Thank you for the entertainment!! Keep growing the channel!
I love this Cutlass! First car I ever learned to drive was my Dads 69 350 with a 3 on the tree. He ran that thing for 20 years. The Oldsmobiles were my favorite A body, over just the back passenger windows, I think they just flowed nice.
This content brought me back to the channel. Deeply cool to see u working on your dad's classic. I wish I had a father dynamic where I could do this for him.
I just wanted to say it's awesome getting to see your dad involved more in the videos with you. You two together definitely make things a little bit more entertaining for sure 😂
Gifting your Dad this car is a memory you both will share as memories live longer then we do xx Merry xmas evyone XX Royboy in YORKSHIRE UK ENGLAND XxX
I used to own a '73 olds cutlass i was the second owner my brother bought it first ran the tires off that car. Gave to my wife and she totaled it by hitting a gasoline tanker truck. So they are great drivers glad you are fixing that one up "'68 was a great year for body styles I had a '68 dodge Charger and a '68 Chevy impala. wish I would have kept them now but we didn't know they were going to be so valuable. Im 74 now but still loved those cars.
I love the idea of you NOT going crazy hot rod on this car and just making it a nice old car. Don't get me wrong I LOVE what you're doing with the CRX but this car is different!!! Keep up the good work and ill keep watching!!!!
I’ve been following you since the beginning!🤘🏼everything you’ve worked on I’ve worked on or my friends since the early eighties! I love the Oldsmobile!! Great cars that don’t get enough respect! My friend in the late eighties had a crx . I had a Pontiac formula 350 when I was 18 , gale banks exhaust. The Honda was just as fast. I still have my first car, 71 chevelle. Since 1981. Love your passion!!keep working hard brother!👍🇺🇸
I did something similar attempting to save the floors in my jeep cherokee. I scuffed the floors and painted the whole floor in the same etching primer you used, then I coated it all in Herculiner bed liner and I loved it.
The work you do is hard, but you have so much skill that you make it look easy. It's not easy. You rock, man! Oh, your equipment reminds me of Tony Starks' robotics garage helper that's always screwing with him. It's hilarious! Keep up the great work.
Always wanted a cutlass since seeing sonny munns root beer cutlas in the hot rod movie as a kid. A tribute to that would be epic if yours is the right year haha. You guys could deffo nail the paint job from that car and I have never seen a replica of it
The Cutlass will be so nice when it is done. Your pops will be driving a sweet cruiser. I would lower to car no more than 2" from stock ride height. Rally wheels or slotted aluminum wheels would look good. Can you tell I have a soft spot for this body style GM product?
DUDE, THE DAD INTRO WAS AWESOME 👍. I laughed sooo hard witnessing your Dad working on the more favored classic car instead of the Honda. '68 American Muscle is far superior, in my opinion. I also would rather work on this classic too, so it was funny to me. Hey 👋, you're supposed to be working on the Honda? Um....Ugh....looking away, oh nothing, I was just getting to it. Casey, checking on your Dad, like the roles are reversed, is so funny 🤣. I love 💕 it when you collaborate with your cool Dad. Keep up the good work 👍. Great video 📸. Have a good day today 😎🌞. Thanks!
I liked the video as requested, and I'm a sub. Good to see you banging on this Cutlass but I really want to see more of your Vette tribute car. Thanks.
At 68 is a nice Cutlass My best buddy has a 68 442 convertible we've been working on those cars are something else That's the last of the good American cars
I wonder if some air shocks in the rear would be just enough to give a subtle rake without having to F. with springs for a time. Just thoughts. The shop isn't a train wreck it's a home away from a van wreck.
So this cutlass is apparently his now, and i blame all you for it! 🤣 PLEASE LIKE THE VIDEO!
🤣🤣🤣
What a good son…😂😂
Shit....wanna be adopted??? Lol
Just thought I would offer a correction.
The wagon is a Chevelle/Malibu not a Caprice. 🤨
And did you get your dad's Z28 wheels off of it before you traded it? 🤔
Oh and you told us how much everything else was, how much did you have to spend on the rear quarter panel?
Well, he's horrible at working on your cars, so hopefully, he will be better on this 😅
Casey your dad really wants the cutlass lol
We need some more of you and your dad... Family Matters..🇺🇸💪🏽

Glad you and your dad are working on the Cutlass
Let you dad pick and choose what he wants you could tell hes excited for the cutlass project
Great to see 2 of my favorite RUclipsrs together!
I remember working with my dad on cars. I miss that time together with him. Good to see you and your dad prepping his cutlass together.

Yes it's your dad's but please drop it like you own it cool.and yes parts for 68 and 69 Oldsmobile are out of sight

I’m glad to see you are helping your dad work on his cutlass

You / Your Dad / How to restore/ Replace Panels.
Awesome stuff, plus your Dad deserves to own that Cutlass! 😁
Cutlass would bet the perfect gift for you dad
My first car at 15 was a 72 olds cutlass 442 .. mid 80s bought it for 200 bucks .. man I miss them days ...
Two hundred dollars in the early 80s was a lot of money for a 15 year old to earn.

Your Dad's car is looking nice already. You're really lucky to get to work together.
This is definitely my kind of video. Love it
Your Dad makes the best comic relief. Lol 😂
It's worth giving you're dad the car just for the great time the two of you get to have together!!
Nice looking Cutty glad to see some "old school" restoration video. ✌
Can't blame dad myself personally lol he has great taste in automobiles ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂

Let the old man work on the cutlass . I had several and it was always a love hate relationship. Still miss everyone of em.

I am such a noob and have so much to learn. Wooow you guys just tackled that
I did something similar attempting to save the floors in my jeep cherokee. I scuffed the floors and painted the whole floor in the same etching primer you used, then I coated it all in Herculiner bed liner and I loved it.

Dad's car coming right along man cool cool cool 😎
You da man. That's a whole lot of work in one video. Exceptional quality of work considering how fast you work. Thanks for what you do!
Love your dad on the channel 👍
Content has been amazing lately!
Growing up our neighbors had one of those eagles sitting in their driving for years never moved, always wanted it growing up.
You´re doing an awesome job! Pls keep posting and pls post next part ASAP!!!!!!!!!
My favorite saying you say is let’s put a pin it that 😆
I bought a 71 chevelle yesterday and Casey gonna teach me how ta fix it in this video 📹 😅😮thank you Casey
Can't wait for the tbird project my daughter and I are building a 66 Q code tbird we want to bag it so I can't wait for what you do with it

Richard is up in the middle of the night demanding the video? Now that’s dedication!
I've always liked the late 60's early 70's Cutlass body style
The grand prix with ttops was dope!
You are Gifted!!!!😊
Awesome video again definitely stay on this one for the next video
Keep up the great work love the videos
The most reliable machine in Casey's arsenal is obviously the air compressor kicking on after coming back from a time laps.
Well in reality it kicks on constantly 🤣
it's need wheels that's what makes a car u need to add them with great thought and inspiration

It looks GREAT Casey!!
I'm workin on 67 camaro rag top n 81.trans am t tops an 81 k10
I like the yellow with the black race stripes, on the Cutlass
I'm super excited for some T-Bird content!
Don’t worry about the break lines Casey! I’m sure it’ll be fine to drive in the shop, just a little test ya know?
@@ryanp259 it’s never been a problem before 🤷🏻♂️🤣
put washers on the bolts for the hood latchs to give them more surface area to hold
She's looking beautiful nice to see 😊
I appriciate your effort to cuss less! It's hard work!
@@ianhoyt2638 I’m trying, not succeeding too much yet, but trying. Lol
You definitely have to give the Cutlass to your dad!!
I wait to see what ya'll do to the Cutlass! 😁👍
You are flying on this car!
Cutlass would look sick in "Formula Red" paint. White grill and white headlights buckets
It's coming along good!
Love the Cutlass.
oh wow, not seen an AMC Eagle in forever, super popular in Alaska back in the 80's and early 90's.
"Imma cop, get the video done, donut, whatever" 😅🤣😂
You should install a locker in the rear end for your Dad. I agree with everyone that you should give it to him
I found a pair of brand new fenders for your 68 cutlass in Missouri not sure how to let you know where they are
Don’t need them anymore, they aren’t new either. I’ve been sent them probably 10 times lol. They are rusty but sprayed in black primer to look new
learning alot watching your video...
Passenger front wheel kinda close to the fender
I liked the video as requested, and I'm a sub. Good to see you banging on this Cutlass but I really want to see more of your Vette tribute car. Thanks.
Your giving you're old man a hard time with that Cutlass 🤣😆 Just give m the keys 😋😉
Yep, give it to Dad! And do a father son build!
Looking forward to this one... cool car
Common with the Cutlass Casey!!
Love the channel and the content!
At 68 is a nice Cutlass My best buddy has a 68 442 convertible we've been working on those cars are something else That's the last of the good American cars
I need that El Camino SERIOUSLY
Blazer, Cutlass, t bird... I feel like your trolling me getting all the cooler versions of my past cars lol😂
🤣🤣🤣
Its gonna be worth it if you put the work in Good job young man.👍
Funny part is we can all still hear you just fine when the compressor kicks on 😂
big flame pointing directly at the tanks
Dad said “what Honda?” 🤣🤣🤣
hey that's a nice old car case
Very cool 😎 looks like dad has done this before 😂😂
That plaque would look pretty amazing.I think you should
That’s your dads Xmas gift from you to him🎄
Give it to your dad you’ll never get a better feeling than handing him the keys and saying it’s yours!
Great video Casey.
They have an updated Hurst wheel that looks really good on those Cuttys...
I wonder if some air shocks in the rear would be just enough to give a subtle rake without having to F. with springs for a time. Just thoughts. The shop isn't a train wreck it's a home away from a van wreck.
Might be a great day. Be well.
